Your certificate will be professionally mounted, hand-framed, and couriered directly to your home or office—anywhere in the world—at no additional cost. Designed by classically trained Islamic artists and co-signed by Shaykh Ali Hani, one of the world’s leading scholars in Arabic and Tafsir, your certificate is both a symbol of academic excellence and a piece of timeless art.

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please double-check that your full name, mailing address, and mobile number are accurate. If any of your details have changed since you took the exam, notify us within 7 days at contact@grammica.institute.

We deliver certificates in quarterly batches—in February, May, August, and November—to accommodate the meticulous process of offset printing, custom framing, and international shipping.

• If you pass your exam shortly before a delivery month, your certificate will be included in that batch.
• If you pass during a delivery month, your certificate will be included in the following batch.

While we take great care to ensure safe delivery, we cannot be held responsible for customs duties, shipping surcharges, or any damage that may occur in transit. In case your frame arrives damaged, we recommend replacing it with a local ready-made frame. The certificate itself should remain intact.

If you lose your certificate we will request your details to verify your identity before issuing and couriering you a new framed certificate for $150.
