- Is this course for beginners?
If you can read the Quran but haven’t studied any other Arabic, this class is designed for you. - What will I learn?
We take you from knowing minimal Arabic to translating entire sentences from Arabic to English and a vocabulary bank of 300+ words in both Standard and Quranic Arabic. - How long does it take?
The Foundations course is covered in 6 months. We cover the first 9 chapters of A New Arabic Grammar by Haywood and Nahmed, and Arabic Through the Quran by Alan Jones. - Do I get a certificate?
When you pass the exam, we courier you a framed certificate to your doorstep at no extra cost. - What happens if I need academic help?
In addition to the weekly live classes and monthly reviews, you can book complimentary office hours with our instructor and teaching assistant. Email support is also available. - What if I’ve already studied a little Arabic?
If you have formally studied less than 1 year of Arabic, or 80 hours then this course is suited for you. The syllabus is rigorous and tailored for motivated students, so students who have studied informally find it beneficial. If you have studied more than 100 hours, you will find our Essentials certificate more appropriate.
