If you are a total beginner, please watch the accompanying videos. We take you through the "Madinah Book Reader" Book 1, Lessons 1-5. You should be familiar with the vocabulary in these videos. They will come up again when we read A New Arabic Grammar by Haywood and Nahmed in class. If you have studied some Arabic before, skip to the end of each chapter and familiarize yourself with the vocabulary and the grammar concepts explained in each chapter. Come to class with questions.
